People often think productivity is something difficult to achieve or only a few smart individuals can master it. But in reality.. it's quite simple. It's always the simple things in life and in business that get the major results...

People often think productivity is something difficult to achieve or only a few smart individuals can master it. But in reality.. it's quite simple. It's always the simple things in life and in business that get the major results.

A perfect example is fitness and health. If you want to be healthy and in good shape all you really need to is:

  1. Get enough sleep

  2. Drink water

  3. Exercise

  4. Eat well

...that's it!

People often overcomplicate things..they just don’t want to accept the fact that all they have to do is: going to the gym, putting in the work and sicking with it every day.

The same with other things. People know they need to work harder, but they don’t want to admit it. They want to believe there’s some magic trick.

How to really mange your time? it's very simple..all you need to do is:

  1. Track where your time is going (ex: social media; cooking; cleaning; reading..) -> track it every 30 minutes for 7 days week.

  2. Look at the areas where you’re spending your time.

  3. Ask yourself if these activities are aligned with your goals. If it’s not, just eliminate or delegate..

  4. Then, optimize your environment so you can focus only on what matters..
